About NexCyberEU

Compliance is now an
engineering problem.

NexCyberEU is the regulatory intelligence infrastructure for digital products entering the European market. We turn EU compliance into a structured, machine-readable, defensible workflow — without consultants, without spreadsheets, without guesswork.

Our mission

The European Union has built the most comprehensive digital regulation framework in the world: the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, the AI Act, the Radio Equipment Directive and DORA. These rules are not optional — they shape who can sell, who can scale, and who is exposed to fines that can reach 2.5% of global revenue.

For most product teams, this is opaque. Reading the texts is hard. Mapping them to a real product is harder. Maintaining evidence at audit-grade quality, harder still.

NexCyberEU exists to remove that opacity. We do not sell legal opinions. We sell deterministic, auditable, version-pinned compliance infrastructure that engineering, security and legal teams can trust.

What we believe

Deterministic by design

Compliance decisions must be reproducible. The RICE engine is rule-based and version-pinned. Every output can be traced back to the article that produced it.

Evidence over claims

A statement of conformity is worth nothing without the artifacts behind it. We treat every uploaded document as evidence with quality scoring, admissibility checks and full audit trail.

Honest scoping

We tell customers what is in scope and what is not. We refuse to inflate applicability to sell more. Our applicability rules are public and tested against golden cases.

Built and operated in the EU

Data residency, sub-processors and operational footprint stay inside the European Union. We are a European platform serving the European market.
